  • Decision Timing:  In most cases, we issue a loan decision within 2 business days.

Things That Can Help You Get Approved Faster

  • Scope of Work (using our form): These will be required to receive final approval.

  • Your application must include 3-5 comps.  All comps should be within  0.5 -1 mile from subject property and sold within the last 6 months in most cases.

  • Entity docs (i.e. LLC) and operating agreement.

  • Copy of driver's license (or other state ID).
