Express Hard Money's DSCR program is built for buy-and-hold investors who want long-term, set-it-and-forget-it financing without the paperwork of a conventional bank loan. We look at one number: does the property's rent cover the mortgage? If yes, we can move fast.
Loan amounts from $100K to $5MM, rates starting as low as 6.5%, up to 80% LTV on purchase and 75% on cash-out. Available on single-family homes, condos, townhouses, and 2–4 unit properties - including short-term rentals.
DSCR loans are currently not available in North Dakota, South Dakota, Vermont, or Nevada.
